What's Included On Viewing Trips?

On arrival, you will be greeted at the Airport by a Sunline representative and taken to your accommodation. Once rested, our representative will go through your requirements thoroughly to ensure you are shown only those properties appertaining to your budget/requirements. You will also be invited to meet the staff working on your behalf in the Sunline office. You will then be shown the area/s of particular interest to you and properties that meet your requirements please be assured that we work only on a ONE TO ONE basis. During your tour of the area/s, your representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have. In the evening you may wish to relax or check out the local bars/restaurants over a meal with your representative or on your own, so that you can talk things over between yourselves discussing the events of the day the choice is yours. If and when you make the decision to purchase, your representative will take you to the bank to open an account. Should you require a mortgage, this will also be arranged for you. Our administration staff will go through the On Costs of purchasing a property together with details on rates, community charges, electricity/water charges, telephone etc. We will provide the services required to obtain all of the necessary documentation for the process of purchasing your property With your inspection trip at an end, you will be collected from your accommodation and taken back to the airport. Subsided Viewing trips are usually for people who are in a position to buy on this trip, whilst there is no pressure at all, if this is a "looking" trip and you would like the same arrangement and courtesy, please e-mail us for details.
